Two Lovers
The Blue News is from Terre Haute, IN.
Their original music defies easy description and blends together several influences ranging from blues roots to modern electronic to alternative rock. If someone asks what kind of music the band plays, the response is "good music".
This little-known band from the Crossroads of America has a surprising list of accomplishments and fans.
In 2011 alone, the band placed three of their songs on national television, two songs on Rock Band 3 and their song "Two Lovers" was chosen by Sublime with Rome to be featured on the Guitar Center "Fresh Cuts Vol. 7" CD Compilation which was pressed on 50,000 promotional CDs given away nationwide.
Among thousands of fans worldwide are heavyweight producers Sylvia Massy (Tool, Johnny Cash, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Jim Devito (Tom Petty, JJ Grey, Lynyrd Skynyrd), both of which worked on the band's 2011 EP "Wartime Songs". If you're looking for true musicians playing truly great music..look no further.
