Breaded tenderloins are a true Indiana staple.
Hoosiers love them so much, they decided to make them big enough to cover 2 or 3 buns. They're on the menu at almost every restaurant. There's even a Tenderloin Trail. The tenderloin craze is something most folks don't understand, but we're here to guide you through *some* (not all) of our favorite tenderloins in town.

This Irish bar sits in the heart of Carmel and is home to easily one of the best tenderloins we've ever had. Their tenderloins are so big they offer a mini version that is still enough for 2 sandwiches.

Under their house specialties lies a creation called War Pig, featuring a hand-breaded pork tenderloin topped with capicola, two strips of applewood-smoked bacon, a fried egg, Swiss, provolone, and gouda, THEN drizzled with jalapeno hollandaise. Would you try it? If not, they still have their classic Garlic Pork Tenderloin.
