HOW ARE EVENTS RANKED?
Rankings are based on the number of people recommending an event, combined with the recommendations from our Do317 "All-Stars" (bloggers, local media, and socialites.) You make can make a recommendation or your "pick" for any event by clicking the "Add" button next to any event. The number next to the icon images of the user indicates how many other users have recommended this event.
WHERE DO THE EVENTS COME FROM?
The events on Do317 come from a number of places. We pull in shows from band and venue websites, as well as our users who add their own events or send us press releases. We also scour the internet in search of unique events. Occasionally we miss an event or two, so we give you the ability to add your own events.

HOW DO I ADD AN EVENT?
To add an event, log in and click Add Event. Make sure that your event listing contains as much information as possible including ticket links, photos, and details. Good quality photos and thorough descriptions create more draw for viewers and will therefore generate more site traffic for your event. You also have the ability to add bands to your event during this process.
CAN I EDIT AN EVENT?
To preserve the integrity of our listings, our users cannot edit events without special permission. If you see an event that needs updated (photo, info, links, cancellation, etc.) simply shoot us a quick email to [email protected].
HOW DO I EDIT MY PROFILE?
To edit your profile simply log in to Do317 by clicking the MY317 link at the top, then enter your username and password. Once you're logged in, you will see a pencil icon next to your name. Select that icon and start updating. Remember that keeping an updated profile with information about yourself, a good photo, and regular event picks are the key to winning tickets.
WHAT IS AN ALL-STAR OR TASTEMAKER?
These folks are the backbone of all the great stuff there is to do in this city. All-Stars are comprised of members of the local media, promoters, bloggers, DJs, socialites, artists, and cultural leaders. Because these folks are so entrenched in what's happening in Indy, we give them an enhanced "voice" on the site. You can take a look at our current All-Stars by clicking here. Follow them, and you will know which events should be top on your list.
HOW DO I BECOME AN ALL STAR OR TASTEMAKER?
All of our All-Stars are hand-picked. With that said, we're always looking to add to our crew. If you're making noise in your scene and think you should be one, shoot an email to [email protected]! Tell us why you're awesome.
RSVP/GUEST LISTS:
There are some events that money can't buy, you just have to be on "the list." Each week we offer free admission to some of Indy's top events just for you. If you see an event with a Guest List/RSVP offer click it for IMMEDIATE free entry to the event. Pay close attention though, because some events are only good for one spot on the list, while others give you the coveted "plus one."
TICKET GIVEAWAYS:
