We've all been victimized by potholes this year, but have you filed a claim for the damage done to your car yet? To file a claim, you must do so within 180 days of hitting the pothole. You can file a claim by phone at (317) 327-4622 or on their website.
RequestIndy makes it easy to report a variety of issues, from stray animals to litter. To report a pothole, simply click on "Request", then "Streets & Alley Repair". You'll then be able to report the kind of pothole, if it's caused property damage, the severity, and the location.
