As chef/owner Jon Brooks refines Beholder, he's left the brunch flagship in the highly capable hands of chef Josh Kline.

On the flip side of the fine dining brunch coin, there is Love Handle. Take all of Brooks' affection for unusual cuts of meat, fry it, and serve it on a waffle, and you'll be picking up a lot of what Chris and Aly Benedyk are throwing down.
