Where To Get Brunch In Indianapolis

Updated MAY 2025.

A weekend isn't complete without brunch.

Brunch, please! Whether you're in recovery mode from the night before or you're just trying to get your Sunday Funday on, nothing pairs with an egg over easy like a Michelada over ice.

Cafe Patachou offers breakfast and lunch all day, every day, making it an easy choice when you're looking for a meal earlier in the day. Their menu has something for everyone, and they add some twists on classic brunch items.

Delicia

SoBro / 5215 N College Ave

Sunday Brunch Only

Delicia is your go-to spot for all things brunch with a delicious New Latin menu. They utilize flavors from the Americas, the Caribbean, and Spain. Their Sunday brunch is no different, with a lineup of dishes that runs that gamut from homestyle favorites to sophisticated flavors.

Good Morning Mama's

Meridian-Kessler / 1001 E 54th St.

A classic diner feel complete with a jukebox with awesome outdoor seating, a menu bigger than we know what to do with, and mimosas. Lots and lots of mimosas.

Taxman

Wholesale District / 310 South Delaware St.

Sunday Brunch Only

Enjoy a huge range of brunch menu items, an insane selection of brews, and beer flights. Make brunch an all-day event!

Mesh

Mass Ave / 725 Massachusetts Ave.

Saturday & Sunday

Their locally sourced menu offers everything from fat breakfast burritos to buttermilk biscuits and gravy at unbeatable prices. Wash it down with one (or a few) of their craft cocktails.

Milktooth

Fletcher Place / 534 Virginia Ave

The first, the original, the "hipster Mayberry" of our hearts. Milktooth has put Indianapolis permanently on the map of places to visit for inventive takes on comforting brunch foods. As chef/owner Jon Brooks refines Beholder, he's left the brunch flagship in the highly capable hands of chef Josh Kline.

Love Handle

Mass Ave / 877 Massachusetts Ave

On the flip side of the fine dining brunch coin, there is Love Handle. Take all of Brooks' affection for unusual cuts of meat, fry it, and serve it on a waffle, and you'll be picking up a lot of what Chris and Aly Benedyk are throwing down.

The Oakmont

Mass Ave. / 323 N. Delaware St.

You can't talk brunch without mentioning The Oakmont! It opens early, closes late, and often has DJs. Their brunch menu is insane with pancake boards, bagel boards, and fried devil eggs.

Petite Chou

Broad Ripple / 823 Westfield Blvd

Martha Hoover will likely never admit a favorite among her restaurant group, but this cozy little bistro on the canal seems to be a favorite place for bubbles and brunch. Get a bowl of duck fat fries, a lox plate, and a lightly dressed side salad to go with your mimosa.

Rize

Keystone / 2721 E 86th St Ste. 120

Carmel / 12957 Old Meridian St

Fishers / 9705 Fishers District Dr

Up on 86th Street, the fine folks at Rize are serving what amounts to a mash-up of Garden Table with a hint of Milktooth. Think fresh juices, lots of raw produce, and a healthy dose of breakfast comfort foods mixed in.

Northside Kitchenette

Broad Ripple / 6515 N College Ave

Great things come in small packages, as the old saying goes, and that couldn't be more true for Northside Kitchenette. The petite restaurant serves a well-honed collection of comforting and sophisticated brunch foods, along with an impressive menu of cocktails, wine, and beer.

The Garden Table

Mass Ave / 342 Massachusetts Ave

Broad Ripple / 908 E Westfield Blvd

Carmel / 350 Monon Blvd

Since the first location opened in Broad Ripple, The Garden Table has discovered a ready and willing fanbase for their combination of healthy, wholesome and hangover-ready foods. Now you can add a glass of wine or mimosa to your brunch spread at either location, and finish your meal with a flight of fresh juices and a slice of avocado toast.

Canal Bistro

Broad Ripple / 6349 Guilford Ave.

Step into Canal Bistro and escape Indy for a moment with this lavishly decorated Mediterranean-style restaurant. There's no bad spot in the room or patio, and their food will have your mouth watering the second you walk in.
